CrawlPanel is provided by WORDPRESS CODE SRL, a societate cu răspundere limitată, VAT RO41034515, registered under J40/5716/2019, with its registered office at Str. Grigore Cobălcescu nr. 3, corp C2, Sector 1, București 010191, România. Contact: hello@crawlpanel.com.

By creating an account or accepting these Terms electronically, you confirm that you can enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and, for customer-controlled personal data, the Data Processing Addendum form part of this agreement.

CrawlPanel provides scheduled website, keyword, API and browser-journey monitoring, incident records, evidence, reports and notifications. Features, limits, minimum intervals and retention depend on the selected workspace plan.

Results may include false positives, false negatives, delays or incomplete evidence. CrawlPanel is an operational aid, not a guarantee that a target is error-free and not a substitute for security testing, backups, disaster recovery or human supervision.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, maintain an up-to-date owner email and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace owners control members, clients, project access and monitor configuration.

You may monitor only targets you own, administer or have explicit permission to test. You are responsible for test accounts, actions and content. The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits credential attacks, exploitation, scraping protected data, denial-of-service activity and unauthorized or destructive journeys.

Each subscription belongs to one workspace. Current prices, included projects, monitors, browser journeys, run allowances, team seats, intervals and retention are shown on the Pricing page and again before checkout. Enterprise terms may be agreed in a separate order.

A trial may be used once per eligible customer. We may prevent repeated trials using a keyed, non-reversible identity hash. If a trial ends without a paid subscription, the workspace moves to Free and checks outside Free limits stop until configuration is adjusted or the plan is upgraded.

Promotional, pilot or founding-program access may require selection and may have a separately stated fixed end date, scope and participation conditions. It does not create an automatic charge unless you separately purchase a paid subscription. We may end program access for misuse or material breach of its stated conditions or these Terms.

Prices are displayed in euro. The checkout shows the billing interval, subtotal, applicable taxes and final total before you submit payment. Consumer-facing mandatory charges are disclosed before purchase; business customers are responsible for valid billing and VAT information.

Stripe processes payments. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize Stripe and CrawlPanel to charge the shown amount at each monthly or annual renewal until cancellation. Failed or disputed payments may lead to a restricted or suspended paid plan after reasonable notice.

Paid plans renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel through workspace billing controls. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; paid features normally remain available until the end of the already-paid period.

Except where law requires otherwise or CrawlPanel expressly agrees, fees for a started billing period are not refundable. This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies for non-conforming digital services.

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days from concluding a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To withdraw, email hello@crawlpanel.com with your name, account email, date of purchase and a clear statement that you withdraw, or use the model: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for CrawlPanel, ordered on [date], name [name], account email [email], date [date].”

If you expressly request service to start during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for service supplied before withdrawal. Any exception or loss of the withdrawal right applies only where the legal conditions and required express acknowledgements are met. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

You retain rights in data you submit. You grant CrawlPanel the limited right to host, transmit, reproduce and otherwise process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and comply with law.

If you connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, PagerDuty, an additional email address or a generic webhook, you instruct CrawlPanel to deliver the configured alert content to that destination. You are responsible for destination access, recipient authorization and any provider terms or privacy obligations that apply.

You are responsible for lawful instructions, notices and minimization for data captured from monitored targets. Where CrawlPanel acts as processor, the Data Processing Addendum applies. We may use aggregate or irreversibly anonymized statistics that no longer identify a person or customer.

We use reasonable care and skill but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a signed Enterprise order states a service level. Maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions and customer targets may affect results.

We may improve or change features. For a material reduction to a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and the remedies required by applicable law. Security-critical changes may take effect immediately.

We may limit or suspend use that violates these Terms, threatens systems or third parties, creates abusive traffic, remains unpaid or exposes CrawlPanel to legal risk. Urgent protection may occur before notice; otherwise we will aim to provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy.

You may close your account using product controls. Sole-owned workspaces and active service data are scheduled for deletion, subject to payment cancellation, legal retention, security records and backup expiry. Export data you need before deletion.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. For business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, and CrawlPanel’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected workspace in the 12 months before the event.

The business limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, confidentiality or data-protection obligations to the extent they cannot lawfully be limited. Consumer liability is governed by mandatory applicable law.

Romanian law governs these Terms. For business customers, the courts of Bucharest have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law; otherwise we will request renewed acceptance.
