Necessary storage
Authentication cookies maintain your signed-in session, protect account access and remember security state. Their duration follows the displayed session or trusted-device period and they cannot be disabled while using authenticated features.
The preference cookie and matching local-storage key crawlpanel.analytics-consent record “allowed” or “denied” for up to one year, unless you change the choice or clear browser storage. They are necessary to remember and respect your privacy preference across visits.
Optional GA4 analytics
The GA4 script is not loaded and no analytics request is made before you select “Accept all” in the cookie banner. If allowed, Google Analytics may create _ga, normally lasting up to two years, and a property-specific _ga_* identifier, normally lasting up to two years, subject to Google configuration and browser controls.
We use GA4 only on public marketing pages for audience measurement and content improvement. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled. We do not use GA4 to measure authenticated workspace activity.
Allow, reject or withdraw
The first public-page visit presents equally available “Accept all” and “Reject optional” choices. Rejecting optional cookies does not limit the public website or the product.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent disables future GA collection and attempts to remove GA cookies accessible on crawlpanel.com. Browser settings can also delete cookies and local storage.
Product operational records
Authenticated product events, audit entries, monitor results and security logs are server-side service records, not optional analytics cookies. They are processed to provide, secure and improve the contracted service as described in the Privacy Policy.
