Privacy policy

This launch draft explains the categories of information CrawlPanel processes to provide monitoring, authentication, billing and support.

Effective July 25, 2026 · Draft for launch review

01

Information we process

We process account and organization details, monitoring configuration, run metadata, incident history, notification settings and billing references required to operate the service.

Browser evidence may contain page content selected by the customer. CrawlPanel masks configured secrets and applies evidence redaction, but customers remain responsible for choosing appropriate monitored targets and test data.

02

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, execute requested checks, deliver alerts, calculate reliability, generate reports, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse and provide support.

We do not sell personal information or use customer monitoring evidence for advertising.

03

Storage and retention

Run history, screenshots and traces follow the retention policy of the effective plan. Account, audit and billing records may be retained where required for security, contractual or legal reasons.

Customers can remove projects and monitors through the product. Some historical records are retained to preserve incident and reporting integrity until their retention window expires.

04

Service providers

CrawlPanel may use infrastructure, email and payment providers to operate the service. Stripe processes payment details; CrawlPanel stores provider references rather than complete card data.

Provider access is limited to the function they perform and is subject to their applicable terms and data protection commitments.

05
